Powder Coat Paint

Powder coat paint is a dry powder electrostatically applied to the metal, then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin". This method creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.

Because powder coating does not have a liquid carrier (solvent), it can produce thicker coatings than conventional liquid coatings without running or sagging, and produces minimal appearance differences between horizontally and vertically coated surfaces.

Since there is no carrying fluid to evaporate, the coating process emits few volatile organic compounds (VOC), being therefore more environment friendly.
